When sleep becomes a struggle, it can affect everything. My specialist work brings together evidence-based CBT-i and a deeper understanding of the emotional and psychological patterns that can keep us awake.
Whether you're looking for focused insomnia support, psychotherapy, or a combination of both, we'll find the right approach together.

WARMTH. CURIOSITY. CONNECTION.Hello, I'm Zehavah.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist working with adults, young people and couples, online and in person in Finchley, North West London.
My approach draws on psychodynamic, existential and cognitive behavioural therapies, adapting to what you need rather than expecting you to fit a particular model.
I am UKCP and BACP accredited, with specialist CBT-i training at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine and a Master's in Psychotherapy Studies.
Zehavah is incredible. Calming, so knowledgeable and supportive. I cannot thank her enough.R.H. · London
