Psychotherapist & Counsellor · Online and in-person

I am an integrative therapist and member of the UKCP, BACP (Snr Accred) and BSS. Aside from my private practice, I worked at an NHS service in London. I have also worked at a low-cost service and volunteered at a mental health charity for adults, and continue to volunteer at a charity for women struggling with hyperemesis gravidarum.

Specialist training and qualifications

I trained at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine as a CBT-i practitioner, working with people who struggle to sleep. I am trained in, and practice, different approaches to individual and couples therapy, based on my client’s needs and wishes. My Masters is in Psychotherapy Studies, and my dissertation focused on treating anxious insomnia.

Psychodynamic therapy

Psychodynamic therapy focusses on your past experiences, your childhood and the messages and learnings you may have picked up along the way. Through understanding how we came to this point in our lives, we can better understand ourselves and the choices we make today. We can use this knowledge to make changes in our approach and the way we live.

Existential therapy

Existential therapy is part of the Humanistic model and focusses on the here-and-now. It looks at the human condition and our values, how we are in our world. This knowledge empowers us to make changes as we move forward in our lives.

CBT and mindfulness

CBT, short for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, offers skills to help navigate difficult situations. These, together with mindfulness skills, can be helpful in dealing with immediate crises, in order to then delve deeper.

Working together

Together, we can work on discovering new approaches to your life and a better understanding of what it means to be you, in order that you can build on your present and future.
